Can I transfer from my USD account to Euro SEPA?

As of now, the USD account is able to receive USD exclusively while the Euro SEPA account is able to receive Euro exclusively. The ability to perform transfers between the USD and EUR is currently in the works, along with FX to allow transfers into Arival in any currency. We’ll keep you posted when we launch this. :)

Can I receive crypto currency?

The USD account and Euro SEPA account are able to receive their respective currencies exclusively. This means that transfers into Arival from a crypto exchange or wallet would need to be converted prior to being sent to Arival. We are working on the ability to hold and exchange crypto within the Arival platform however, but more on that to come later ;)
